Procurement includes Pre-purchase Cycle and Purchase Order processing with Goods Inwards and Warehousing. It has concepts like cycle counting to monitor Inventories perpetually an maintain them at optimum level. Inventories can be valued on FIFO/WAR basis. Sub contracting or Job-Work Management allows the Company to keep track of their stocks at Sub Contractor end taking into account rejection and scrap allowances.
