Servicing module in integral ERP covers the post sales of the product life cycle. After installation of the product on client site, it tracks service during warranty and post warranty periods. In post warranty the systems capture AMC orders as well as on-demand service orders. The cycle starts with call logging with deputation of engineers. After rectification the service engineer prepares a service call report, takes acknowledgment from the client and capture all the service related details with the system. A scanned copy of the hand written report is maintained along with every service call. All the expenses including spares used are captured against each service call. A breakdown history log is maintained with details of the defect formed and corrective action taken for future reference
