Plant Maintenance

Integral ERP Plant Maintenance module runs three standard types of Plant Maintenance activities that are undertaken in a typical manufacturing

Organization. The three modes are:

• Breakdown Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance
• Predictive Maintenance

It follows a workflow culture of reporting of hardware breakdown by the worker, authorization by the supervisor and the receipt of the complaint by the maintenance department. Once rectified the call is treated as closed on logging by maintenance and approval by production. Preventive Maintenance schedule is generated by the system based on parameters entered against each Machine. During all maintenance calls, a complete track of expenses is done in the system such as spares used, labour used, outside contractor help taken and payments made. So a complete maintenance expenses analysis can be taken out at the end of a period. Auto Email/SMS alerts are generated by the system at different steps.
