Sales Order Processing

Integral-ERP Sales Order Processing is integrated with Integral CRM that captures Customer Orders directly or by way of manual capture. The users can enter delivery schedules separately for ongoing orders. The finished goods to be dispatched are selected using Pick List. Pick Lists can be manual or automated based on pending order/schedule quantities and the ready stock available. The system prints dispatch Advices along with packing slips and keeps a record of the packer too. Invoicing is done on the basis of dispatch Advice. Post invoice details like Way bills etc. are also maintained as scanned copy records for future reference.
